By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 96bets platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific promotional terms that may apply from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

96bets operates under international online gaming licensing. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering. Malaysian players specifically acknowledge that no Malaysian government body licenses or regulates international online gambling platforms, and that the decision to participate rests entirely with the individual player.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an active Account on96bets, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. 96bets enforces a strict21+ minimum age policy across all product lines, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who are subject to legal guardianship or who lack contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
3. Jurisdiction Compliance: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. 96bets makes no representation that its services are legally available in any particular territory.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or voluntary agreement that prohibits your participation in gambling activities.
6. Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of 96bets or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold player Accounts or participate in promotional offers.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 96bets will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 96bets immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 96bets reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time deemed necessary by 96bets for compliance purposes, you may be required to submit identity verification documentation including, but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used on the Account
• Source of funds documentation for deposits above applicable thresholds

96bets processes KYC documentation in accordance with our AML procedures and applicable international licensing requirements. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

96bets supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits and MYR 50 for fiat payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed upon detection.
• 96bets does not charge fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly for e-wallets and within 5–10 minutes for bank transfers, subject to payment provider confirmation.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.
• All KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operations. DuitNow and FPX transfers are processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier and payment method.
• 96bets reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals above defined thresholds in accordance with AML obligations.
• Withdrawals requested in MYR will be processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency withdrawal amounts are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

96bets offers various promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday rewards, referal bonuses, cashback programmes, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet the eligibility criteria applicable to the specific offer.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses through multiple Accounts constitute prohibited conduct.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will only be converted to real-money balance upon completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• During any active bonus period, maximum individual bet sizes are capped. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet limit during an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotional terms.
• Bonuses that are not utilised within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting) will be automatically removed from the Account.
• 96bets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In circumstances of suspected abuse, bonuses may be revoked without notice.

Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour that 96bets reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine play, coordinated wagering with other Accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any winings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All wagers placed on 96bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or wager, 96bets reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts. No claim shall lie for expected winings from a voided bet.
• For sports betting markets, 96bets follows standard industry settlement rules for each relevant sport. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football markets, bets are settled on the final result after90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded unless specifically offered as market.
• Live betting odds are subject to change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to any applicable late bet rules.
• 96bets reserves the right to limit or close betting accounts where unusual wagering patterns are identified, including accounts that consistently place bets at advantageous odds through automated methods.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Players acknowledge that past results do not influence future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96bets Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and where applicable, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software; any winings derived from exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform for the movement of illicit funds
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with, disrupts, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or its servers
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits that have been utilised for wagering purposes
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using virtual private network (VPN) or other circumvention technology

All content on the 96bets Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game software, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is the property of 96bets or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The 96bets name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 96bets. You may not use such marks without the prior written consent of 96bets. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms,96bets grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit any content; (b) collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make any derivative use of the Platform or its content; or (d) download or copy Account information for the benefit of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96bets, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, the total aggregate liability of 96bets to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

96bets does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available continuously or free from interruption; (b) the Platform will be free from errors or bugs; (c) results obtained through the Platform will be accurate or reliable; or (d) the quality of any information or other material obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 96bets takes all commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events beyond our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions) may temporarily affect access.

96bets is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a full suite of self-management tools available to all registered Players at no cost, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who wish to activate any responsible gambling tool may do so at any time through their Account settings or by contacting the24/7 live support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

You acknowledge that gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only and involves inherent financial risk. You must not gamble with money that you cannot afford to lose. Closure by Player: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that has been verified and is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification completion.

Closure by 96bets: 96bets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; multi-accounting; or regulatory compliance requirements.

Where an Account is closed by 96bets due to breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture provisions will be returned subject to completion of all applicable verification procedures.

Upon termination for any reason, the licence granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 96bets's international licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the 96bets customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, Players may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels as specified by the applicable licensing authority. Details of the relevant escalation procedure are available upon request from our support team.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

96bets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.
